Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
- South Africa: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays and customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to become active.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
